Weekly Meal Plan November 26, 20235 (1)
Happy Holidays everyone! The festive season is now in full swing and we hope you all had an amazing Thanksgiving. If you are anything like us you’ve definitely eaten your fair share of food and cooked a lot over the past week! So, for the Weekly Meal Plan for November 26 we’re keeping things a bit simpler as you all recover from the chaos of Thanksgiving
Introducing One Pot Dinners
Regardless, the food in this weeks meal plan is exceptional. We’re proud to announce the launch of a new website dedicated to One Pot Meals. A new website we’ve created dedicated to meals that only require 1 pot to make. So, they’re simple to create and don’t leave a huge amount of dishes for the clean up afterwards
Here’s What’s on the plan for the week
For our inaugural One Pot Meal we’re kicking off this weeks meal plan with our Cast Iron Creamy Chicken with Mushrooms. A delicious dish perfect for the current time of year. Warming, hearty and packed full of flavor. The dish does require a Cast Iron Pan, so we highly recommend you invest in one if you don’t have one. They’re super cheap anyway – head down to Walmart or your local department store and pick one up for $20 or so. They’ll last a lifetime and are simply amazing for cooking
This delicious Creamy Chicken Dish produces an amazing sauce. So, if you’ve got any left we’ve got a delicious Creamy Shrimp Soup for our Lunching on Leftovers dish
Our healthy dish for the week is a staple in the Dinnertime Somewhere household. Crispy Skin Salmon with a fresh Kale Salad. This dish may very well be a necessity for you folks after the big Thanksgiving meal. A lovely fresh salad with some healthy fish is exactly what you need!
Rounding out the week – our Chicken Coconut Green Curry. The temptation to get some easy takeout is great this week, we know it. However, instead of getting some mediocre Thai food, give this recipe a try. A recipe bursting with spicy, sweet, salty flavors. It’s also a very easy recipe to make, so why not give it a try!
