If you do want to try baking your own bread, naan or other types of flatbread is a great place to start. They typically don’t require a lot of kneading and because they’re ‘flat’ you’re much less likely to over or under proof your dough. You can also add any number of additions to your homemade flatbread. Garlic, herbs, spices that match your main course.
