Who doesn’t love Sweet and Sour Pork?

That’s right the Epic Cook Up for this week is the undeniably amazing Crispy Sweet and Sour Pork. This was a massive favorite of ours growing up and it continues to be to this day. We don’t just fry these beautiful pieces of Pork Tenderloin once. No way, they’re double fried to ensure maximum crispiness! That’s what you want with a beautiful Sweet and Sour Pork once it’s drenched in that beautiful Sauce. Trust us, you want to eat this dish

Hot Italian Sausage with Cream and Fennel makes for a beautiful Pasta Dish

Talk about a hearty dish right here! Our Sausage and Fennel Pasta dish is so fulfilling we guarantee you’ll have leftovers the next day. Which is just as well, because the leftovers taste just as good as when you ate this dish the night before!

What makes this recipe special is Fennel. A beautiful vegetable filled with a lovely aniseed flavor that really makes the whole dish come alive. This recipe is best made with Spicy Sausage. It brings so much flavor to the dish and it tastes amazing

A super Fresh Broccoli Dish will help cut through some of these heavy dishes this week!

After a couple of heavy meals for the week we’ve got a lovely, fresh Broccoli Salad lined up for you this week. Garlic and Lemon are vegetables best friend and in this dish they are absolutely the stars. We also add a bit of Lemon Zest which adds such a robust Lemon flavor to the Broccoli. To finish off the dish, why not add a bit of Red Chili on there for some heat to keep things interesting

Rounding out the meal plan for this week is a beautiful Fried Pork Chop

Another all-time classic dish and a favorite of ours growing up is crumbed and shallow fried Pork Chops. Known as Pork Chop Milanese, this is a fantastic dish and a fun way to cook up the classic Pork Chop. Make a simple breading then shallow fry these beauties to a mouth-watering golden-brown finish. It’s great with some Mashed Potatoes, or even the Garlic Lemon Broccoli dish
