We like to share our Lunching on Leftovers in every Weekly Meal Plan that we publish. Many of the recipes are based on the Epic Cook Up from the weekend. Usually an Epic Cook Up requires more labor to make some delicious meals, so our recipes reward that effort by providing an abundance of food.
