The Weekly Meal Plan for December 3 is in dedication to some of our favorite places to order takeout in the US. We’ve had a good go at recreating some of our favorite dishes from these places. First, is the one any only Burrito Bowl from Chipotle!

The anticipation of standing in that line, knowing that if you play your cards right you ‘may’ just get double meat without having to pay extra for it! Yeah, that rarely happens we know – hence why we’ve providing you with our version of the Chipotle Burrito Bowl in our Epic Cook Up. This way you can double, or even triple the meat. Rounding out the week is a classic of Southeast Asian restaurants. Beautifully decadent Sticky Chicken Wings. Pack the napkins for this recipe however, as it’s messy eating. With a beautiful Sticky sauce made with Tamarind and Palm Sugar, with everyone’s favorite sauce – Fish Sauce! We love this dish and we hope you do too

- 2 lbs. Chicken Thighs, Boneless / Skinless
- 1 ½ lbs. Salmon
- 6 Chicken Wings
- 1 Egg
- 2 large Flour Tortillas
- 1 cup Jasmine Rice
- ½ cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp. Baking Powder
- ½ cup Candied Walnuts (see recipe)
- 1 ½ cups Frozen Mixed Berries
- 4 cups Romaine Lettuce
- 2 Mandarins
- 1 Yellow Onion
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Green Apple
- 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes
- 3 Limes
- 1 ½ Lemons
- ½ Red Chili
- 6 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tbsp. Fresh Ginger
- 1 ½ cups of Cilantro
- 1 tbsp. Paprika
- 1 tbsp. Cumin
- 1 tbsp. Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp. Fish Sauce
- 4 oz. Tamarind Block
- 2 tbsp. Chipotles in Adobo Sauce
- 1 cup Cheddar or Monterey Jack Cheese
- 2 tbsp. Goats Cheese
- 2 tbsp. Sour Cream
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 3 cups Frying Oil (Vegetable / Canola Oil)
- ¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
- Salt and Pepper
