Our next Steak dish is slightly less traditional, yet packed with such unbelievable flavor
This is a recipe that we experimented a bit with during its creation, as it was a combination of other amazing recipes that we know and love. As it turns out, this one became a phenomenal dish in its own right. This recipe is for our delicious Cajun Steak and Grits
We use a beautiful cut of NY Strip Steak which has been seasoned with a Cajun Spiced Dry Rub for a minimum of 2 hours (preferably, marinate it overnight if you’ve got the time). It’s then cooked to perfection and sits atop our classic Cheesy Grits. To add to the decadence, we’ve topped those beautiful Grits with a Creamy Mushroom Sauce with Roasted Bell Peppers. It’s flavor overload, just the way we like it!
