If you’ve ever been to a Korean BBQ restaurant before you’ll know what I’m about to say. They really do understand the value of a good side dish. Sure the BBQ meat is ‘technically’ the main course, and it’s all ‘show stoppery’ with the open flame and all that. However, just feast your eyes on the myriad of side dishes that accompany that meal. A good Korean restaurant will serve up 12 – 20 different side dishes. Sauces, vegetables, dips, seasoning, you name it!
