They\u2019re so easy to make, take no time at all, and most importantly of all; taste amazing!

Inspiration for this Dish<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This dish was inspired by a NZ based company (Chelsea Sugar<\/a>) who use a hugely popular Wheat breakfast cereal known as Weetbix, it is otherwise known as Weetabix in other parts of the world. Regardless of what the big brands have decided to call it, we\u2019re simply talking about dried Wheat based breakfast cereal. If you can get your hands on some of that good stuff, then you can make this tasty dish!

This dish requires 4 regular sized Weetabix slices, which equates to about 80g \/ 2 oz. of dried Wheat flakes. Typically, the Weetabix slices come in a bar-like form. If you are using Weetabix or Weetbix, we recommend using 4 bars for this recipe
