They really do understand the value of a good side dish. Sure the BBQ meat is 'technically' the main course, and it's all 'show stoppery' with the open flame and all that. However, just feast your eyes on the myriad of side dishes that accompany that meal. A good Korean restaurant will serve up 12 - 20 different side dishes. Sauces, vegetables, dips, seasoning, you name it!\u00a0A good side dish in our opinion should be just as delicious as that main course, but also really compliment it.
